It's all over the news now, the workplace is corrupted in such a way that the bosses operates it the way it will please them. By so doing favouring themselves and other coworkers but discriminating against others. There are many factors that contribute to that, and some of them are: Men are paid more In many companies, there are situations whereby men are paid more than women, even though they have similar qualifications and experience. This contributes to unfair pay, as whatever they look to gauge their contribution, is not fair to the other party. This also goes into racial discrimination and other factors which are sensitive and one may say they are filled with hate. Abuse in the workplace Some employees in the work are not treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Factors like their educational background can lead to this evil action.
